move the sapphire folder and all contents to C:/windows/resources/themes folder.Leave all files inside the sapphire folder intact.Be sure to install the fonts to your font directory.
Finally finished.
Set includes cursors,wallpapers,winamp skins, and shellstyles.Visual style has 2 color schemes.More to come soon (hopefully)
